The menu is approachable and Dahlicious.  Chef Dahl insists on the very best ingredients including all organic produce, meats with no hormones or antibiotics, grass-fed and grain-finished. USDA Prime. 

Lisa is an expert with layering flavors and you will taste the difference. Beautiful soups, sauces, and vinaigrettes set the stage for angelic pastas that are as light and delicate as they are satisfying, decadent vegetable-based dishes, and hard-to-find Italian seafood classics.
